Program Overview

Launch Date: May 24, 2025
Duration: Six-month increments
Target Audience: Teens (ages 13-18)
Focus Areas: Identity development, purpose, life skills, etiquette, and human interaction

 

1. Participant Criteria
To ensure the program is effective and impactful, applicants should meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement: 13-18 years old
Commitment: Must commit to attending all sessions for six months
Personal Goals: Express a desire to grow in self-awareness, leadership, and interpersonal skills Parental/Guardian Support: Parents or guardians must acknowledge and support participation

Application Process: Complete an application with a short personal statement on why they want to join

 

2. Timeline of Activities & Goals

  • Month 1: Orientation & Foundations
    Activity: Meet-and-greet, icebreakers, vision-casting session
    Goal: Establish a strong sense of community and introduce program values
    Workshop: Who Am I? (Identity & Purpose Discovery)

 

  • Month 2: Life Skills & Etiquette
    Activity: Interactive etiquette workshop (table manners, conversation skills)
    Goal: Teach essential social skills for personal and professional interactions
    Workshop: Effective Communication & First Impressions

 

  • Month 3: Purpose & Goal Setting
    Activity: Vision board creation, goal-setting exercise
    Goal: Help teens create a roadmap for their future aspirations
    Workshop: Understanding Purpose & Passion

 

  • Month 4: Leadership & Human Interaction
    Activity: Role-playing exercises in conflict resolution, active listening Goal: Strengthen interpersonal skills and leadership confidence Workshop: Emotional Intelligence & Handling Conflict

 

  • Month 5: Career & Professional Development
    Activity: Guest speaker panel (professionals from different industries)
    Goal: Provide insight into different career paths and skill-building
    Workshop: Resume Writing & Interview Skills

 

  • Month 6: Community Impact & Graduation
    Activity: Community service project (participants lead an initiative)
    Goal: Teach the importance of service and making a difference
    Workshop: Becoming a Changemaker
    Final Event: Graduation ceremony & showcase of growth

 

3. Program Goals & Success Metrics
Identity & Self-Awareness: Participants demonstrate a deeper understanding of themselves and their values
Social Confidence: Teens improve communication skills and etiquette
Leadership & Purpose: Participants create personal growth plans and take initiative in projects
Career Readiness: Teens gain foundational skills in professional etiquette, resume writing, and networking
Community Engagement: Participants complete at least one community service
